Hi, my name is Chanelle and I am the founder of Thee BEEB.
I created Thee BEEB during a time where I had quit a job and couldn't bring myself to find a new one. Although I needed the money, I had a real resistance to finding a job and I understood why, I hated being an employee, the toxic office environment, the lack of accountability and the blatant disregard for professionalism. Sometimes it just felt like being in school and I wasn't a child anymore, so I knew that a good percentage of people felt the same as me but were stuck between a rock and a hard place because of circumstances. So I thought how do I bring about change and that's when Thee BEEB came to life.

Our mission at Thee BEEB is simple - to empower teams with the tools and knowledge they need and create a healthy workplace environment, that all employees are happy to be apart of. That means lessening sick days and high turnovers, increase productivity to name a few.
